
This may be different from any class you have experienced before!
I will ask you to check in with your feeling body, nervous system, and spiritual body. We will come together in sharing prompts such as:

What do I want to bring in?
What do I want to release?
What most deeply inspires me?

The session will go something like this:
5 minutes of silent meditation
Feelings check-in
40 minutes of gentle somatic-based yoga
Intention setting working with a different element each week
​
This is all levels. Bring an open mind, water, a mat, a journal, and a pen/pencil.
Each week the rituals will be simple but different. I may ask to you bring a special object that week.
May we fill each other's cups, live into our truths, and release what doesn't serve us.
